How To Become a Contestant
To Become a Contestant
- One can pay a $400 entry fee and come directly to state as a contestant–at-large.
- One can enter a local pageant, win a title and qualify for state with a fully paid reduced entry fee of $150 (depends on the pageant).
- One can enter at least 3 local pageants and qualify for the reduced entry fee of $150 to the state pageant.
- No matter how one qualifies for state, one must attend the
mandatory State Pageant Orientation held at a time and date
to be announced.
A Contestant Must Compete in the Following Categories
- Interview (35%)
- Talent (35%)
- Eveningwear (15%)
- Lifestyle and Fitness in Activewear (10%)
- On-Stage Question (5%)
